Photorealistic Study for a 55.44MW Solar Plant with 110.88MWh Storage – Northern Greece
ARGO-E delivered a comprehensive photorealistic visualization study for a 55.44MW photovoltaic development with integrated 110.88MWh energy storage in Northern Greece .
Due to proximity to settlements, monasteries, natural landmarks, and recreational areas, the project required extensive field documentation and high-precision 3D simulation.

The workflow included:
- On-site documentation from 29 representative viewpoints
- 3D reconstruction of Trina Solar 670W Vertex PV modules
- Integration into a 10m resolution Digital Surface Model
- Advanced photo-matching for accurate terrain and lighting alignment
- Production of 12 high-resolution photorealistic visualizations
Vegetative screening scenarios using Mediterranean species were also modeled to evaluate visual mitigation effectiveness.

The project highlights how integrated visual simulation supports permitting, stakeholder engagement, and ESG transparency in modern solar-plus-storage developments.
